Most of the people who write to us are in the middle of arranging a funeral. If you are one of them, say so and we will move you to the front of the queue.
If it is urgent
Put the date of the service in the subject line. We answer those first, every time, including at weekends.
Styx is small and new. That means you will usually be talking to someone who worked on the thing you are asking about, and it also means we are not staffed overnight. If you write at three in the morning, which people in grief often do, you will hear back in the morning.
