A real person does the work, not only the software. We read what you send, put the years in order, write the first draft, and hand you back something finished for you to correct. You approve every word before anyone else sees it.

How it goes.
You tell us who they were
One phone call, or a long email if talking is too much. Their name, the shape of their life, and the people who mattered.
You send what you have
A shared album, a folder, a shoebox of scans, or a phone number to call the person in the family who has everything.
We build it
Usually within three days, and faster when there is a service coming. We will tell you honestly if we cannot make your date.
You correct us
We will get things wrong, because we did not know them. You change anything you like, and nothing is public until you say so.
